The National Exemplar

July 1, 2016

The National Exemplar recently underwent rebranding, which meant they needed to rebuild their website to reflect the new changes. This longstanding Mariemont restaurant changed up their logo and their brand colors, so we built a website around those changes.

How We Helped

Our team used the new logo as a starting point for the design of The National Exemplar’s website. From there, our designer incorporated grays, red and black into every page and incorporated new fonts into the design.

The homepage features a slideshow with larger images than before. This allows the restaurant to feature images of their cuisine and these images are the first thing visitors see when they go to the website.

They also have a blog pull on the home page, so visitors can quickly and easily see what events or specials The National Exemplar is running at any time.

Most of the content and site structure stayed the same, so we didn’t have to move pages around too much. One thing we did, which is done for every rebuild site, is move the content from their existing site to their rebuild site for them. Depending on a client’s schedule, this can alleviate stress and let’s our team get the new site launched quickly.

Services They Use

They use our content management tools, which mean they can easily edit their website on their time. Additionally, they’re taking advantage of the SEO tools available within their CMS package to edit their SEO content.

During this project, the business was happy with our work and signed on for us to rebuild a website for another restaurant in their group. We hope to show you that project soon!
