Hybrid Schedule
We recognize the value of human interaction and the need for a quiet work environment. In order to balance out both experiences and allow our clients an in-office experience as well, we have developed a hybrid schedule. Our team is in the office Tuesday–Thursday in our Mason, Ohio, office and remotely on Mondays and Fridays. So enjoy the quiet of working from home some days and a game of ping pong or basketball with your colleagues in the middle of the week; we can achieve more together than we ever can apart.

We know the importance of collaboration, and that means making time to get together as one team. Legend Web Works carves out four days a year where we close the office to meet with purpose and have fun. Whether going out for bowling or to Dave & Busters, working on a community service project, or talking about goals for the coming year and recognizing the team that makes it happen, we know how to get down to business and break away for fun.
4 Weeks Vacation
Everyone needs time to recharge! Legend Web Works offers 4 weeks of vacation from the first year available for us after 90 days. It breaks down as two weeks of vacation that you must use each year, one week that you have the opportunity to roll over, and we close down company-wide from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day.
Medical Insurance
Taking care of yourself is important. Legend Web Works is proud to offer medical insurance at the best prices available as a payroll deduction. Team members are eligible after 90 days.
Dental Insurance
We offer a superior dental plan to help keep your smile for meetings! From routine maintenance to more, you can purchase a dental plan at affordable pricing. Team members are eligible after 90 days.
401K
Legend Web Works doesn't want to just invest in your present; we want to help you invest in your future. We offer a company match based on your contributions, up to 4% of your salary. Team members are eligible after one year.
