Jennifer Howell

As Vice President, Jen Howell oversees much of the day-to-day operations of the company. She works closely with the Director of Development, Director of Marketing, and Creative Director to ensure their departments are meeting deadlines, and that the teams have the resources needed to be successful. Jen also works with the President to develop strategy to grow our business. 

Jen earned her bachelors in Business Administration (Focus in Marketing / Minor in Management) from the University of Cincinnati - Go Bearcats!!! She loves having an impact on the culture and processes of our company. Jen was with a large corporation before her time here at LWW and has enjoyed bringing the good parts of corporate America to our small business life. 

Outside of work, she is the proud mother of four school age kiddos and an adult stepdaughter. She is their biggest supporter for cheerleading, dance, softball, soccer, and whatever comes next! Outside of the office, you will more than likely find Jen on a sideline cheering them on!  She is also a huge Bengals and Bearcats fan!  

An interesting fact about Jen, is that 3 of her 4 school age kiddos are triplets (and no they did not run in her family, although she jokes that they do now!)
