Employee Spotlight: Cassidy Grence - Graphic Designer

You know Legend Web Works as a superior website development and digital marketing firm, now it’s time to meet the team.
Today we will introduce you to Cassidy Grence, our graphic designer. She plays a key role in keeping the development department on track and ensuring our clients’ voices are heard.

What is your role, and what does your job entail?
I am a graphic designer at Legend Web Works. It’s my job to ideate and design website logos for clients and adjust designs to their needs. I create mood boards and mock-ups and then present them to the clients. It is my goal to make each client’s vision for their site into reality.
How long have you been in this role?
I started in early 2023 and am really enjoying my role so far! I graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a BFA in Visual Communication Design and I’m really excited to further my experience with Legend Web Works.
What are you best at in terms of your job?
I consider myself very artistic, creative, and a great listener so I think I am best at getting to know each individual client and elevating their business through web design. I love watching their vision come to life and leaving them satisfied!
Can you tell us a little bit about you outside the office?
I was born in Michigan and lived there until I was 10 and have lived in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area ever since. I grew up in a family of six, so I am used to hectic situations!
I consider myself a foodie and I like to pack a few snacks to sample throughout the day.
